How do I register to become a teacher?
Click on "Join!" on the home page or on other pages throughout our website. Follow the instructions and fill out the registration form.
How many instruments / fields can I select?
You may select as many instruments / fields as you are qualified for. Students will be able to keyword search all fields, or they can search by your primary instrument. To maximize relevant inquiries, you should select only instruments / fields that are based on your education, experience, and credentials.
Do I need to be a certified music teacher to register?
Certification is helpful as a credential in attracting potential students, but it is not necessary for teaching.
What are my payment options for a Premium Membership?
We currently accept payments via Paypal, where you can pay by credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer. Paypal is secure, easy to use, and provides you with a confirmation receipt for your payment.
How can I update my profile?
Click on "Teacher Login" anywhere on the web site. Enter your "Username" and "Password" and update your information by accessing your profile, and then click on the "Update Profile" link. You may update your information as often as necessary.
What happens after I register?
Your information is entered and stored into our database, and a custom profile page is designed to showcase your services and qualifications. Students will be able to search and access your profile page, which includes any photos, audio, and video you choose to upload. When a student contacts you, you will receive an email with the student's message to you. This initial contact is forwarded to you immediately. With a Premium Membership, you will be given the student's email address and you will be in direct contact with the student. ClassicalMusicTeachers.com will not be involved in any further interactions between you and the student.
What are the differences between Basic and Premium Membership?
With a Premium membership, you can reply to all lesson requests.
How do I cancel my Premium Membership?
Simply log into your PayPal account where you can easily cancel your membership to ClassicalMusicTeachers.com.
